My parents came to celebrate New Years with us. We had some fun and made some traditional Haight family gingerbread houses. This year I had enough adults to veto Paul's tradition of putting dinosaurs on the house and arming the gingerbread people for a fight. He even had injuries displayed on the gingerbread freedom fighters. OH, don't believe me....I think I can dig up an old post to prove it.
This year we have lovely houses with candy cane hearts and spice drop landscaping. Thank you to Grandma Ruth for getting frosting all over her.
