Jack had a birthday and took some friends to Monsters Vs. Aliens. Paul and I decided a monster cake was the way to go. We took some artistic liberty and did not make a movie monster but a mud monster. The cake was 100% homemade (no cake boxes on this job), had three layers and had cookies and cream filling. I can actually see the extra 3lbs it added to my hips. By the way it was so good even Paul had more than one serving.
