We survived the move to DC or atleast we have managed fairly well. It has been 5 days and we have seen some houses (not bought one yet), made use of the pool (every day), and seen some monuments (Washington, World War II, and Lincoln). So, far things have been fun. But I think we just feel like we are on vacation still.
Hopefully, we will find a house this week. Everyone is missing the backyard, cul-de-sac, but most of all family.
We loved every minute of every day in Colorado. We are all missing living 2 doors down from Grandma and Grandpa. Lily asked the other night when we were going to visit. I told her we just left but she still feels like she should get her promised one month a summer at Grandma's house. We loved living so close and miss and love you. I know that we will not be able to re-create that here. But just like I tell Jack and Lily, "it won't be the same here, but it will still be great." Wish us all luck on the house hunt.
Sorry, I have no pictures. I used the camera in Utah and the battery is so dead I can't even get the lens to close. And the charger is in storage (I am so mad).
I will try to give you better updates in the next few days.

Good to hear you're alive. DC sounds fun. We can't wait to come visit you. Adam really wants to make it out to Virginia for the BSA National Jamboree in 2010. We'll shoot for that. :) Good luck house hunting!
It's so great to hear from you! I can't believe you are already there. I hope you find the perfect house soon. Hurry and get settled and then we can plan to get together!
When you find your camera charger I want to see pictures of perspective houses. I hope you can enjoy the house hunt and not get too stressed out. Give everyone hugs for us. What did you end up doing with the Alligator Snapping Turtle?
